After receiving his Masters of Laws in Dispute Resolution at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, Mr. Marker opened his practice in Ogden, Utah in May 2004.

Mr. Marker is originally from Ogden, a graduate from Ben Lomond High School as well as Weber State University. He has lived in Washington D.C. He received his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, where he enjoyed frequent trips to the ocean.

Mr. Goucher is the managing attorney of the Park City office for the firm. He is very active in the outdoors and has owned a whitewater kayaking business. He will often be found enjoying the whitewater in a kayak or mountain trails on his bike.

Mr. Goucher is originally from Ogden. He graduated from Bonneville High School and Weber State. After a brief time period at Willamette University College of Law he went on to graduate with his law degree from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.

Mr. Marker practices divorce, criminal, juvenile, and civil law. He is a mediator and is regularly involved in varying disputes as a negotiator. Mr. Marker is a public defender in Box Elder and Weber Counties and the City of Ogden.

Mr. Goucher practices intellecutal property, an area of law which covers patents, trademarks, copyrights, and the licensing of inventions. He also practices in personal injury and civil ligiation
